4PM has assembled a highly-skilled and experienced team. Though we each have individual strengths and responsibilities, we all share a single core focus: Our customers.
Managing Director
John has extensive experience in customer service, managing operations and design, software and project development which was gained in his early years working for Intel both here in Ireland and in the US. He then founded 4PM in 2004 with his first online database publication www.FindAhome.ie which to this day still manages the accommodation lists for many colleges including DCU, NUIG, DCU and all the DIT's. 4PM went on to create many successful online designs, brands and applications such as the property portal www.let.ie and, over the last 5 years, has grown the company exponentially. John is a member of the Irish Institute of Engineers Ireland.

Commercial Director
Having started in the information technology sector with Xerox in London in 1999, Cormac has gone on to hold senior management roles in Xerox Ireland. He has vast experience in both technology and project management services and brings to 4PM a proven track record in sales management and target accomplishment. Cormac holds a masters degree in computer science and an honours degree from University College Dublin.

Senior Technical Engineer
Peter has over 5 years experience in web development and technologies and holds a bachelors degree in computer applications from Dublin City University. Peter started his career with Bear Stearns, before joining Accenture to develop intranet technologies for the Irish government. Peter has worked with companies such as Argus Car Hire, helping to improve their web presence, and has also developed travel blog content management systems for the tourism industry. Joining 4PM in 2002, Peter brought his extensive development expertise to the company and leads the 4PM development team in providing a complete solution for all of our clients.
Senior Designer
Deirdre has wide experience in graphic design and web technologies, and holds a masters degree in multimedia systems from Trinity College, along with an honours degree in computing & design from Limerick Institute of Technology. Deirdre started her career working with Store Computer Technology where she developed designs for their touch screen systems and then went on to work with Eircom as a designer for their Internet technologies. Joining 4PM in 2007, Deirdre brought additional, extensive design skills to the company.
Financial Controller
Frank is a graduate qualified ACCA Accountant, with high level IT skills and solid experience. Frank started his career with Kilford Hotels in Kilkenny in 1996 before taking up a number of roles within various companies. In addition, Frank also held the position of financial controller using accounting systems and specialises in development and integration of financial reporting systems.
Project Manager
Gary has a degree in design from the National College of Art & Design and the University of Limerick, plus a postgrad diploma in enterprise development from Dublin Institute of Technology. Gary has extensive experience in design, publishing, print and web businesses. In 4PM, his focus is on project management, recognising that planning, good communications and quality control are key to completing projects on schedule, within budget and to our clients' delight.
Designer
Avi is a designer who specialises in web design, print design and 3D images. He is interested in creativity, design and multimedia and obtained a bachelor's degree in multimedia technology in London. During his 6 years of work experience, he worked for companies in Ireland, England and Mauritius on several design projects: corporate identity, logo designs, indoor and outdoor signage, graphic displays, vehicle graphics, window graphics, web design and print.
Designer
Pedro is a designer specialized in web & multimedia interfaces, focusing on usability and creativity. He has a BS degree in computer science and several years of experience in the web market, working for web companies in the south of Brazil.
Designer
Daniel Falcao is a designer and developer specialised in web design, graphic design and branding with the majority of time spent designing and implementing creative solutions for marketing strategies. With over 6 years experience in art direction for advertising, sites, magazines, newspaper, books and User Interface Design. He has degree in communications and many years of design studies.
