Managing Director

John has extensive experience in customer service, managing operations and design, software and project development which was gained in his early years working for Intel both here in Ireland and in the US. He then founded 4PM in 2004 with his first online database publication www.FindAhome.ie which to this day still manages the accommodation lists for many colleges including DCU, NUIG, DCU and all the DIT's. 4PM went on to create many successful online designs, brands and applications such as the property portal www.let.ie and, over the last 5 years, has grown the company exponentially. John is a member of the Irish Institute of Engineers Ireland.

Commercial Director

Having started in the information technology sector with Xerox in London in 1999, Cormac has gone on to hold senior management roles in Xerox Ireland. He has vast experience in both technology and project management services and brings to 4PM a proven track record in sales management and target accomplishment. Cormac holds a masters degree in computer science and an honours degree from University College Dublin.

Senior developer/system administrator

Michael is a skilled senior developer specialiced in c# and a exprerienced system administrator. He studied Information Technology in Business and Economic in the Kharkov Polytechnic University, . His has worked for several net work companies and also developing "net robots".His contribution to 4pm has been a vast knowledge of programming and system managing,as well as support to the other programmers and designers.

Senior Designer

Deirdre has wide experience in graphic design and web technologies, and holds a masters degree in multimedia systems from Trinity College, along with an honours degree in computing & design from Limerick Institute of Technology. Deirdre started her career working with Store Computer Technology where she developed designs for their touch screen systems and then went on to work with Eircom as a designer for their Internet technologies. Joining 4PM in 2007, Deirdre brought additional, extensive design skills to the company.

Head of Sales & Marketing

Charlotte joined 4PM with a wealth of experience in sales,marketing and customer service. Her skills include specialist recruitment,client relationship management, advertising sales and legal . She has experience within global organisations in both London and Ireland.Whilst completing her degree she set up a business which provided clerical and logistical relief to Law firms. This proved to be an innovative resource which many local businesses adopted to relieve the burden of excessive workloads. Charlotte holds a Law LLB(Hons) and has completed the Legal Practice Course.

Designer

Pedro is a designer specialized in web & multimedia interfaces, focusing on usability and creativity. He has a BS degree in computer science and several years of experience in the web market, working for web companies in the south of Brazil.

Technical Director

Taimur comes from an Internet company where he promoted the use of 'Search Engine Marketing', 'Social Media' (Blogs), and brings along with him 8 years of technical development experience and all other ways of communicating with prospective and existing customers using the Internet. His role here is to look after web site development, developing new products and markets, strategic marketing and developing relationships with our existing clients. Taimur is also working towards a MSc. from Trinity College and has an Honours Degree in Computer Science.

Junior developer

Alfonso is a junior developer,with experience in PL/SQL (Oracle) and .Net. He studied computer engineering in Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain) and also has a high degree in Marketing and Commerce in the I.E.S Puerta de Cuartos. He has worked for Santander Banking and Telefonica Spain as a Analytic-Programmer. He gives to 4pm all the effort he has and he works as developer on vb net.

Finance Manager

Emeka joined 4pm in November 2009. Prior to 4pm, Emeka was the Customer Care Executive in zoom mobile Nigeria and the financial controller of (Heca Oil) a downstream oil and gas company in Africa. He studied production technology in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nigeria, International Trade and Finance from ESBI Mayo and Accountancy (CPA) in Griffith College Dublin. Emeka brings a wealth of experience to 4pm.
